the 2020 holiday gift guide for the anxious friend in your life

Holiday season 2020 is officially here, which means it’s time to start stressing over gift giving … YAYYY!

Yes, that was sarcasm, LOL.

On a serious note, 2020 has been filled with a lot of change, and in turn, a lot of discomfort. I know I’ve absolutely had my ups and downs (more downs than I’d like to admit), and I can say the same for most of the people in my life.

Due to being almost nine months into a global pandemic, money may be tight and many will be spending the holidays solo. So, before I go deep into a gift guide of all the fun things, I encourage you to simplify gift giving this year. Whether that’s a Secret Santa-type plan with your family, framing pictures for your loved ones, or simply dedicating an hour a week for a FaceTime date, a little bit will go a long way.

If you are able to treat your family and friends this year, I’ve compiled all of my favorite gifts for the anxious folks in your life below! The best part? They are all under $100 (and most are under $50)!
